OwlAlien Series
This OwlAlien is made from up-cycled toy, game, and puzzle pieces. I also added beach glass, buttons, and beads.

The OwlAlien series was inspired by a series of books by author, illustrator, and UFO researcher Mike Clelland. His 2015 book, The Messengers, explores the mysterious connections between owls, synchronicities, and UFO encounters. As someone who is highly curious, a seeker of truth, and who has long been fascinated by owls and aliens, I was drawn to Mike’s work.
In his books, Mike shares stories about owls who appear alongside alien encounters. Across many cultures, owls are considered messengers. Some tales even suggest they might be heralds of an approaching otherworldly meeting, or perhaps vessels themselves, cloaked in earthly feathers.
My wish is that these little companions are a whimsical reminder of protection, wonder, and the vast unknown still waiting to be discovered, both in this world and beyond.

These OwlAliens are made from up-cycled toy fish, buttons, seashells, beads, feathers, beach glass, stones, and other little trinkets. Each one is unique and has a bottle cap with a message on the bottom.
They measure about 3" tall and are $7 ea.

When I owned my school, I loved to create tiny worlds for the students. I loved watching their amazement and wonder as
this play engaged their imaginations.
I put these kits together using separated pieces from toy sets, sensory bins, and tiny worlds from my school. I have refurbished and up-cycled pieces to make something new.
